Ed will do the following as your Buyer's Agent:

  • Understand your specific needs and wants, and locate appropriate properties
  • Provide a comprehensive evaluation of the process and act as your consultant, adviser and guide through the entire process
  • Preview, drive by or research all new listings, Internet listings, Open Houses and For Sale By Owners that suit your requirements
  • Arrange a comprehensive Look and Learn Tour
  • Set Up Automated, personal access to the entire MLS (Multiple Listing Service)
  • Research, recommend and arrange showings on all properties that meet your search criteria
  • Work with you to get pre-approved for a mortgage with a quality lender
  • Preview and/or accompany you in viewing properties
  • Advise you in formulating your offer by providing comparable recent sales
  • Help you develop your negotiating strategy
  • Provide step-by-step communication of all processes leading to the transaction closing
  • Keep you well-advised of all contingencies and deadlines
  • Provide a list of qualified vendors (inspectors, attorneys, lenders, etc.) for other services you may need
  • Keep track of every detail throughout the transaction to closing and beyond
  • Be an post-sale resource for you
