Most people purchase a home once every five to seven years. I work with buyers every day. I know, understand and appreciate buyers. After all, purchasing a home is likely the largest single transaction most people ever engage. 

It makes sense to have a professional, qualified and Accredited Buyer's Agent representing your best interests throughout the process. Besides, if you needed legal or medical advice, would you not hire an expert in the appropriate field?

Purchasing a home is no different.  From the time of the first offer to the final closing, a lot can go wrong if not properly managed. As an experienced, Accredited Buyer's Agent, I have the experience, knowledge and expertise to efficiently and expertly navigate the process for you.

There's a huge difference in skill sets between a qualified Buyer's Agent and driving host with a real estate license. A skilled, effective Buyer's Agent saves you time, money and helps you find and purchase the right home for you and your family.

After our initial contact, your consultation starts with a needs analysis. Every buyer is unique and their needs are as well. We will have a private, face-to-face meeting. I want to find out your goals, desires, location requirements and more. My goal is to completely understand you and your real estate objective.  In addition, you will also receive my Buyer's Guide which will keep you focused and on target throughout the process.

During this consultation, learning will be reciprocal.  We will get to know one another.  I will listen with purpose to discover how I can best serve you.  My goal is to present you with properties which match your goals and potentially create long-term value.  I will actively share with you the best practices to locate, purchase and finance a home.

I customize the entire home buying experience to your needs, time parameters and previous home purchase experience. You are unique and so is my approach.

In that respect, my goal is not to sell you a house.  My purpose is to represent you in the purchase of your home and pro-actively guide you through the phases.  In addition I hope to develop a long term relationship with you as your "trusted advisor". That way, mutual trust will exist between us.

While you and I will be working together closely throughout the home buying process, I am always working behind the scenes to alleviate even more of the stress of home buying. For example, once you have a house under contract, I will stay on top of every aspect of the process so that nothing slips between the cracks. I will follow up with the mortgage lender for the mortgage commitment and the closing attorney in an effort to ensure a smooth transaction. You will be guided every step of the way.

Additionally, I provide my clients with a website where all important documents are stored until closing. I am one of the few Realtors that utilizes "DocuSign" so that all paperwork may be signed electronically. In addition I attend the home inspection, the final property walk-through and the transaction closing.

I will be with you every step of the way during your home purchase process. And I will be with you afterwards as well. I will work diligently to earn your trust, your future business and your referrals of family, friends and neighbors.
